What you will do
We are seeking a self-motivated Manufacturing Project Manager who will lead and manage all aspects of order fulfillment of Aerzen’s Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) biogas to RNG upgrading systems projects. This role will serve as the primary point of contact across the project lifecycle with responsibilities including reviewing, analyzing, evaluating, recording, managing, documenting, and executing customer requests and orders. This role is also responsible for creating, maintaining, and driving schedules, understanding budgets and directing projects accordingly, and actively and frequently communicating to ensure all project stakeholders are up to date on project status, concerns, plans, changes, etc.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Project Execution & Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact with all project stakeholders including customers, contractors, vendors, project engineering, inspectors, etc. from award through final system commissioning.
- Financial & Scope Management: Manage project budgets, cash flow, progress payment invoicing, and scope change orders to ensure project profitability.
- Schedule and Task Management: Maintain detailed project schedule, track project deliverables including engineering and project submittals, component fabrication, equipment delivery, and testing.
- Technical & Quality Compliance: Coordinate with sales team, project engineering, vendors, and customers to ensure compliance with quality standards, project specifications, and agreed project scope.
- Vendor and Supply Chain Management: Manage and coordinate with all project vendors ensuring on time delivery and compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Testing and Commissioning Support: Coordinate and assist with facilitating all required testing and Commissiong of Aerzen’s Pressure Swing Adsorption system and associated equipment.

Education:
Bachelors’ degree required.
Area of Study:
Engineering or Related Technical Discipline
Experience: (yrs)
Minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in project management or engineering, preferably in the area of biogas, Renewable Natural Gas, Process Gas, or similar
Competencies:
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Ability to read drawings, P&IDs, wiring diagrams, logic diagrams, and other engineering documents.
- Strong communication skills – professional speaking and writing styles.
- Proficiency with MS project or similar program
- Experience with Business Central or similar ERP system
- Proven experience in the biogas and RNG industry is a plus
- Must be able and willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
