• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate information
• 1+ year of customer service experience

Although not required, 1+ years of call center experience is preferred!

As the day unfolds at Roger's Plumbing, you dive into your role as a Client Care Representative with enthusiasm, answering inbound calls from both existing clients and potential customers eager for assistance. Each ring presents an opportunity, and with exceptional phone skills, you effortlessly build rapport, listening attentively to concerns and creating a sense of trust. As you schedule appointments for clients and dispatch technicians, you enjoy the collaborative spirit of your team, each member contributing to a seamless experience. Following established processes with precision, you document and process customer requests, ensuring every detail is handled accurately. From 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, you navigate a dynamic environment where your dedication makes a significant impact, leaving clients feeling valued and cared for, day in and day out.
