What you'll do:

You will become a dedicated full-time member of the team, working exclusively on Australian residential projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong Archicad experience who enjoys producing high-quality residential documentation and working closely with an Australian builder to deliver exceptional homes.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Produce residential concept designs, design development and construction documentation using Archicad (Version 24 onwards).
• Prepare accurate working drawings suitable for Australian residential construction.
• Amend plans based on client feedback, engineering requirements and council requirements.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, site plans and construction details.
• Coordinate documentation with structural engineers, consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain company drawing standards and documentation quality.
• Assist in preparing presentation material for clients.
• Create or assist with high-quality 3D models and renders where required.
• Support continuous improvement of design templates and drafting standards.

Successful candidate must have:

• Architecture or Architectural Technology degree
• 3–7 years' experience
• Current daily user of Archicad (Version 24 onwards).
• Australian residential drafting experience (essential)
• Experience with custom homes preferred
• Strong portfolio showcasing residential projects
• Experience producing construction documentation, not just concept designs
• Rendering experience (Gendo, Twinmotion, Lumion, Enscape or D5 Render) as a bonus

• Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
• Work Setup: Work-Onsite Setup
• Office Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
