Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm CST Salary Range: $107,821.50-$145,875.46 per year

How you'll make an impact in this role

• Develop, implement, and maintain systems related to the calculation of third party reimbursement.
• Work collaboratively with other departments and ministries within their Region related to net revenue management activities.
• Prepare annual Medicare and Medicaid hospital cost reports and provide support upon audit.
• Evaluate monthly settlements of third-party reimbursement in addition to filing annual Medicare and Medicaid cost reports.
• Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluating of staff.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

What additional requirements you'll need

• 7 years of Medicare cost reporting experience in a hospital setting
