Property Field Inspector – Van Buren County / Clinton Area
National Mortgage Field Services is looking for a dependable local contractor to complete property inspections throughout Van Buren County, including Clinton and surrounding communities.
Available assignments may include exterior property inspections, occupancy checks, property-condition inspections, and other straightforward field-service work. The work generally involves visiting assigned properties, taking required photos, documenting basic property or occupancy information, and submitting results through a mobile app.
This is flexible 1099 field work that you complete on your own schedule. No prior property inspection experience is required. We provide the training you need to get started.
What You’ll Do
- Drive to assigned residential properties in your local area.
- Take required property photos using your smartphone.
