About The Company
We are co-representing several different AI startups in the US across Agentic AI workflow, photonics engineering, banking, and more.
About The Role
We have 5 Mid-Senior Forward Deployed Engineer roles available, where you will be working on products from scratch through to deployment.
Roles include:
- Building and deploying AI Agents for real customer environments
- Solving real-world, messy and complex problems
- Engineering with LLMs and APIs
- Building and tuning RAG systems
- Rapid development of prototypes
- Customer-facing requirements understanding
About You
We are looking for exceptional, hands-on engineers with experience across:
- Fullstack engineering
- AI specialisms in building and fine-tuning LLMs, RAG, APIs, Agentic AI
- Expert in Python, React.js, Typescript, Javascript, SQL
- Startup experience, building products from scratch
- Top-tier tech company experience
- Fintech, photonics, electrical engineering, retail or CPG/FMCG sector experience
- Great customer communication skills
What's On Offer
The roles are offering between $150k for the mid level, up to $300k for the senior level roles. Most are remote, with travel to client sites or hybrid with weekly travel to the office.
