Responsibilities:
1. Pick and drive staff and IRC guests to appointed destinations within given timeframes, as directed.
2. Check vehicle daily to ensure that the vehicle is maintained in good condition; perform minor and routine maintenance on assigned vehicles; identify and report maintenance problems to the Supply Chain Officer, as required.
3. Ensure the safety of passengers through safe driving practices, including but not limited to:
· Using a seat belt and reminding passengers to use seat belts,
· Driving within speed limits and in accordance with traffic regulations
· Driving defensively and courteously.
4. Maintain the cleanliness of the interior and the exterior of the assigned car.
5. Be willing for petty loading/of-loading of items/supplies.
6. Assist passengers with carrying parcels and loading and unloading the vehicle.
7. Run errands, as directed.
8. Participate in professional training and development activities, as needed or requested.
9. Perform other duties, as needed or requested.

Position Requirements:
Education: Basic Literacy
- Work Experience:
- Minimum 3years of relevant experience preferably with NGOs, INGOs.
- Languages:
Should be fluent in local language.
- Skills and Competencies:
§ Knowledge of basic automotive maintenance procedures.
§ Ability to deal effectively and patiently with staff.
§ Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Must be able to maintain log book
- Responsiveness to security situations
- Mindful of the speed limits and traffic rules and regulations.
