Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration and maintenance of the Workday system for assigned client groups, including partnering directly with managers to facilitate employee data changes and transactions.
- Collect, validate, maintain, and analyze workforce data from Workday and other HR information systems to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance HR reports, dashboards, and analytics under the direction of the People Analytics team and HR Operations leaders.
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports that provide insights into key workforce metrics, including hiring, attrition, promotions, internal mobility, and organizational trends.
- Translate data into clear and actionable insights by identifying trends, providing recommendations, and effectively communicating findings to stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR systems, including Workday and Manager Self-Service tools.
- Partner with the People Analytics and HR teams on strategic initiatives such as:
- Talent Review processes
- Executive and leadership dashboards
- Year-end HR processes
- Development plan tracking
- Employee engagement action planning
- Support data requests, audits, and HR projects by ensuring the timely delivery of accurate workforce information.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR reporting, analytics capabilities, and process efficiency.
- Contribute to special projects and other initiatives that support business and HR priorities.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Analytics, People Analytics, or a related HR environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and identify meaningful insights.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience creating dashboards, reports, and executive-level summaries.
- Experience working with HR Information Systems (HRIS), preferably Workday.
- Proficiency in extracting, validating, analyzing, and reporting workforce data while maintaining high levels of data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain data and insights to stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management capabilities.
- Demonstrated responsiveness, customer focus, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related courses
- Experience with Workday reporting and dashboard development.
- Exposure to People Analytics, workforce planning, or HR data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
