Territory Manager - McCurrach onbehalf of The Magnum Ice Cream Company
Location –Preston & Surrounding areas (Ideal postcode location: PR1)
Permanent ,Full time – 40 hours per week
Salary: upto £27,535 basic, 10% Performance related Bonus, Lunch allowance, company car & fuel card provided

ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Territory Manager,your main role is to manage a territory of mixed outlets, primarily managed convenience stores and supermarkets. At key times of the year, you will also visit forecourts, travel outlets.
You will visit outlets supporting summer and winter activation plans, including siting POS and ensuring agreed planograms and product ranging is implemented in stores. Your actions will drive growth by improving visibility and availability of products for our consumers.
Building rapport and relationships with store contacts will be essential.
Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of your territory, targets, and KPIs
Deliver professional and effective store visits
Build strong relationships with key store decision-makers and add value in every visit
Improve product availability and visibility in stores
Increase brand awareness and engagement, ensuring agreed ranges and plans are maintained
Act as the “eyes and ears” of TMICC by identifying opportunities, issues, and competitor activity
Accurately record and report all required information
Skills & Experience
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
Passionate about brands and retail
Strong selling and storytelling skills to drive engagement
