Maintenance & Engineering Manager

Voor onze productiesite in Deurne zijn wij op zoek naar een Maintenance & Engineering Manager. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud, de technische betrouwbaarheid en de verdere ontwikkeling van onze productie-installaties. Je combineert strategisch inzicht met een hands-on aanpak en weet mensen te inspireren om samen resultaten neer te zetten.

Wat ga je doen?

• Leiding geven aan het maintenance- en engineeringteam.
• Ontwikkelen en implementeren van de onderhoudsstrategie.
• Initiëren en realiseren van CAPEX-projecten.
• Verhogen van betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van installaties.
• Bewaken van veiligheids-, milieu- en kwaliteitsvereisten.
• Opvolgen van inspecties, audits en verbeteracties.
• Sturen op continue verbetering.
• Beheren van het onderhoudsbudget.

Wie ben jij?

• Masterdiploma in een technische richting.
• Minstens 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een industriële omgeving.
• Ervaring in een leidinggevende functie.
• Sterke analytische vaardigheden.
• Ervaring met continuous improvement en verandertrajecten.
• Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
