We are currently seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Cushman & Wakefield Talent Acquisition team supporting our Global Occupier Services division.

The successful candidate will support recruitment activities across a variety of functions in Europe, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to help attract, engage, and hire top talent for the division. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition, candidate experience, and building foundational recruiting expertise in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities across a range of positions from Graduate to Associate level within Europe.
  • Source and identify potential candidates through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and talent databases.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening calls to assess qualifications, experience, and interest in opportunities.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews and maintain effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure candidate and requisition data is accurately maintained within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support sourcing strategies and recruitment campaigns.
  • Provide candidates with accurate information about the company, culture, and career opportunities at Cushman & Wakefield.
  • Promote a positive candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for Cushman & Wakefield.
  • Assist with employment branding initiatives and recruiting activities across social media channels.
  • Support recruitment reporting, market research, and other talent acquisition projects as needed.
  • Stay informed about recruiting best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent market trends.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 6 months to 2 years of recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, coordination, customer service, or related experience.
  • Previous experience in an in-house recruitment, agency, recruiting coordinator role is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools, social media platforms (Profession, LinkedIn) and recruitment best practices.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Workday experience is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within a talent acquisition career path.
