What you'll do:

• Support execution of business plans by identifying operational needs and removing obstacles to enhance performance.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives impacting store and corporate processes, including merchandising programs and communications.
• Provide insights and recommendations on merchandise priorities and system support developments to senior management.
• Develop, review, and improve training programs and materials to ensure alignment with updated procedures.
• Analyze data to drive solutions for business challenges and operational improvements.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders to implement effective business solutions.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and promote continuous learning and adaptability across teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
