We're hiring a full-time Information Systems & Technology Specialist to join our team! This position will be based in our Cuyahoga Heights location, with travel to other branch locations.

Schedule: Full-time
Pay: $59,000-$88,000 per year

Who You Are
Our ideal teammate serves as a vital member of our operations team and helps ensure the credit union's information systems, technology, hardware, and software is safe, secure, and supported. Good credit is vital since we are a financial institution.
Responsibilities
- Serves as the credit union's first point of contact for teammate software, hardware, and technology support
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, connectivity, and technology issues
- Assist with user account management and access, including within Microsoft environment
- Ensure safety and soundness of credit union's hardware, software, and information systems
- Maintain accurate documentation, including policies, procedures, tickets, and resolutions
- Support basic network connectivity troubleshooting
- Provide or assist with ongoing training and support in information security, including cybersecurity, for employees
- Work with third-party IT vendors on complex network or software issues
- Contribute to short- and long-range planning for needed resources
Qualifications
- Three to five years of similar or related experience
- Two-year college degree or equivalent certification or licensing
Other
- Willingness to learn new systems and technology, including attendance at vendor conferences
- Physical requirements include moving frequently and regularly using wrists, hands, and or fingers; speaking clearly, hearing and understanding; visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents; should be able to lift or exert up to 25 lbs. of force occasionally.
