Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of business continuity and crisis management documentation, including playbooks and recovery plans.
- Support the coordination and execution of tabletop exercises and scenario-based testing.
- Help conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) workshops and Important Business Services mapping.
- Participate in data collection and reporting activities for resilience programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and support mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to the creation of presentations and reports for senior stakeholders.
- Maintain SharePoint sites and assist with document organization and version control.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams); familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in business continuity, or operational resilience.
