1. Assist with stocking and setting up the kitchen each day

2. Preparing food, including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking assigned recipes

3. Plating prepared foods based on chef`s guidance

4. Ensuring the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations

Knowledge :• Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line or prep cook

• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures

• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks

Experience :• At least 1 year of experience as a line or prep cook

Salary Range:

$48,000 - 72,000 USD

Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
