At M&C Home Depot we are seeking a dedicated, hardworking, and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to contribute to a fast-paced and growing retail environment.
KEY FUNCTIONS
Provide service excellence.
Assist customers and generate additional sales.
Assist with loading, unloading, and proper storage of goods.
Assist with inventory management.
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
Minimum requirement of a Secondary School Leaving Certificate.
Five CXC passes at the general proficiency level including Mathematics and English Language would be an asset.
Good physical condition, stamina, and strength required.
OTHER KEY SKILLS
Ability to work independently while performing required tasks.
Ability to demonstrate tact and courtesy, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to work with other employees and assist in lifting and carrying merchandise/boxes.
Ability to work within a customer service environment.
Must be able to tolerate dusty conditions.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Ability to get individual and group tasks completed efficiently and on a timely basis.
Applicant must be a dependable team player who can work effectively under pressure, demonstrate flexibility, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
