A Day in the Life
The Service & Repair Finance organization provides financial planning, analysis, reporting, and business insight capabilities that support global Service & Repair operations. The team partners with finance and operational stakeholders to improve financial visibility, standardize processes, strengthen data governance, and enable better decision-making through reporting, analytics, and automation.This role is based in Prague, Czechia and operates under a flexible work arrangement. No business travel is expected for this position.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for global Service & Repair finance processes, data structures, reporting standards, and best practices.
- Develop and enhance reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions using SAP, Snowflake, OneStream, SQL, Power Query, Excel, and Power BI to provide actionable business insights.
- Design, maintain, and improve forecasting, month-end, and financial planning tools that support consistent and accurate financial management across regions.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations that support business decision making.
- Drive process harmonization, standardization, and governance initiatives across global Service & Repair finance activities.
- Identify opportunities for automation and simplification and implement solutions using Microsoft technologies, Power Platform capabilities, and AI-enabled tools.
- Partner with finance and business stakeholders across multiple geographies to support strategic projects, ad hoc analyses, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to colleagues while contributing to cross-functional and cross-regional projects.
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of finance, accounting, financial planning and analysis, business analytics, or related professional experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Query, SQL, and Power BI, including development of financial models and reporting solutions.
- Experience working with enterprise resource planning systems, including SAP, with exposure to general ledger processes, financial reporting, and data analysis.
- Experience developing and maintaining complex financial models and translating results into business recommendations.
- Experience working with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes and structured datasets.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or equivalent professional accounting certification.
- Experience supporting financial planning and analysis activities within a multinational organization.
- Experience combining finance expertise with data engineering, business intelligence, or analytics capabilities.
- Experience with Snowflake, OneStream, Power Platform, and process automation technologies.
- Experience leading process improvement, standardization, or transformation initiatives within a global finance environment.
