Schedule: Monday through Friday working 1st shift, with flexibility to support 24/7 manufacturing
Work Location: 11160 Parkway Dr, North East, PA 16428

Salary, based on experience and other qualifications: $73k -$109k annually with additional bonus potential
Roles & Responsibilities:
Accountable for driving a timely close process, accurate financials and strong internal controls.
Leads tasks/projects related to driving profitability, budgeting, audit and capital.
Performs month end work including preparation of journal entries, analysis of accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and reports
Assists team members with complex tasks and escalated issues related to month end work.
Reviews and analyzes accounting work to ensure tasks are complete and accurate.
Assists with the reporting over monthly financial results
Participates in ongoing Sarbanes-Oxley compliance reviews and maintenance.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of five years of progressive accounting experience required; Manufacturing experience preferred
CPA preferred
Demonstrated track record of accomplishing objectives and solving problems
Must be a highly motivated, results driven, and self-starting individual who can use their work experience and apply theory to prepare cost analysis
Process improvement experience preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and monitoring progress
Knowledge of financial systems and multiple ERPs (SAP preferred)
Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Teams) required
Excellent communication skills (formal and informal) with business acumen and ability to communicate within all levels of the organization, setting a tone of working in partnership and collaboration
Occasional travel to business meetings may be required
