Job Description
We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Content Producer / Editor to support the production of engaging video content across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in video production, editing, and storytelling to create high-quality content that supports branding, marketing, and communication initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, produce, and edit video content for social media, digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and corporate communications.
- Handle the full video production process including concept development, filming, editing, and final delivery.
- Develop creative ideas, storyboards, and scripts for video projects.
- Operate cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and other production tools where required.
- Edit videos with appropriate effects, transitions, graphics, subtitles, and sound enhancements.
- Collaborate with marketing, branding, and content teams to create engaging visual content.
- Manage video content schedules and ensure projects are delivered within timelines.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and communication objectives.
- Stay updated on video trends, social media formats, and content best practices.
- Perform other video production and content-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, Multimedia, Creative Media, Marketing, or related fields.
- 2–5 years of experience in video production, video editing, content creation, or related roles.
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Experience in filming, editing, and producing content for digital and social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Good understanding of social media video formats and trends.
- Able to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
- Able to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
Remuneration
MYR 3,500 – MYR 6,000
