JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participates in developing strategies for materials planning and SIOP.

• Participates in the development of standardized processes within materials planning and SIOP in order to optimize the utilization of business resources and meet customer expectations for delivery.

• Supports the development of indicators that enable visibility to short and long-term market trends and demand.

• Identifies appropriate demand streams and supports in establishing data relationship linkages.

• May work with product development leaders and sales and marketing teams to develop demand forecasts.

• Supports in planning capacity and fulfillment demand with plant manufacturing operations.

• May work with manufacturing team and participates in the development of monthly production volume planning using the

• Business forecast, inventory position, actual customer orders, and the defined capacity parameters.

• Participates in identifying and developing new technologies to improve materials planning and SIOP capability and sustainability.

• May be responsible for tracking appropriate metrics to drive results and continuous improvement.

• Supports in the development of processes and plans to improve supply capabilities.

• Participates in establishing clear and robust metrics to measure progress through process improvements for SIOP.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s / College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience.

• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficient.

• Excellent understanding on ERP system (E1,JDE or SAP)

• Strong written and verbal communication and reasoning skills. • Must not have had any disciplinary case within the past year.
