We are a professional commercial cleaning and building maintenance company providing services throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area. We are committed to delivering consistent, high-quality service to our clients through integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
We are currently seeking a Night Team Coordinator / Field Quality Inspector to oversee our night cleaning crews and perform on-site quality inspections.
Position Summary
This is a key operations role responsible for managing night cleaning teams, conducting field quality inspections, supervising employees, and responding to customer needs. The ideal candidate is a dependable leader with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate night cleaning crews and work schedules
- Conduct routine quality inspections at assigned buildings and job sites
- Train employees on cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and company standards
- Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and inventory
- Respond to customer inquiries and service requests in a professional manner
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and operational concerns
- Prepare field inspection reports and daily activity reports
- Assist with cleaning duties as needed to support operations
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; candidates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to independently manage multiple job sites with a high level of responsibility and organization
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic computer and mobile device proficiency
- English proficiency required
- Spanish proficiency is a plus
