The BIG Rotational Program is a year-long development experience designed for professionals who want to gain a deep understanding of how a world-class business operates. Throughout the program, you’ll rotate through key areas of our organization, working alongside experienced leaders, contributing to meaningful projects and learning the mortgage industry from every angle. 

This isn’t about filling a single role. It’s about investing in your long-term career. 

By the end of the program, you’ll have built relationships across the company, developed a broad business perspective and be placed into a permanent position where our senior leaders believe you’ll make the greatest impact.

• Operations, sales, customer service or project professionals 
• Individuals with strong work ethic and leadership potential who want exposure to multiple areas of a business before placement in a long-term career path 

 

This role requires 100% onsite attendance in our Pontiac office. Start date of program will be October 5th or October 12th . 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Complete immersive rotations across multiple business units 

• Learn how each area contributes to delivering an exceptional client experience 

• Partner with leaders on real business initiatives and process improvements 

• Build relationships with executives, mentors and peers throughout the organization 

• Develop strong business acumen, leadership skills and operational knowledge 

• Present ideas, collaborate across teams and solve complex business challenges 

• Receive ongoing coaching and feedback throughout the program 

• Transition into a permanent role aligned with your strengths, interests and the needs of the business

• Mortgage experience isn’t required. We’re more interested in your potential than your resume
• Leadership or management experience in fast-paced environments preferred
