SEC Operations Manager
Job Purpose:
Oversee and accountable for end-to-end Operations in the entire factory to achieve sustainably the set Targets while adhering to set Budgets and Regulations.
Active collaborations with Central Functions in the matrix organization and mediating any conflicts arising.
Major Accountabilities:
1. Strategic Tasks
- Adhering and optimizing the organizational structure and processes of the plant within the P+F SE group
- Jointly developing strategies with the Central Functions and ensure smooth executions
- Member of the SEC's global management team for shaping strategic projects
- Defining and implementing site strategies and site interests in full alignment with the global strategies and objectives of the P+F Group
2. Operational Tasks
- Ensuring the operational capability of the entire plant in daily operations from planning, procuring necessary materials and services, manufacturing of finished products to their delivery to internal or external customers
- Adhering to the global processes of the Pepperl+Fuchs Group. Coordination with global/regional functional managers regarding local implementation of guidelines
- Optimization through continuous improvements in ongoing operations and implementation of measures to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity
- Monitoring of all site-relevant key performance indicators and, if necessary, deriving appropriate measures
- Monitoring of work and production processes, as well as ensure highest standard in occupational health and safety
- Participation in the introduction of new products, support for production relocations to other sites, and in cross-site improvement initiatives
- Active participation in the development of high-potential employees at the site
- Budget preparation in consultation with global/regional functional managers
- Cultivation of a transparent, clear, and appreciative communication culture that fosters a high-performing and collaborative work environment
3. Functional and Disciplinary Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the management of production at the site.
- Functional responsible for all operation matters
- Disciplinary responsible for G&A functions
Qualification:
1.Fluent English
2.Minimum 5 years sales experiences in Oil/Petrochemical/ Chemical/ Shipbiuilding, Marine & Offshore industries
3.Over 5 years mega project experience
4.Minimum 5 years management experience with international company
5.Technical & Sales background
6.Experience in sales management
7.Knowledge of product management
8.Team player, persuasive and promoting ability
9.Working in international business environment
10.Positive ,trustworthy, loyal, reliable, flexible
11.Strong coordination ability
12.Flexible to travel
13.Able to work under pressure
