As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with modern frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous refinement of solutions to adapt to evolving project needs are integral parts of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment of software components with project goals and timelines.
- Assist in documenting software design and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by sharing insights and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools to create intuitive user interfaces.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing methods.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and stakeholders to translate requirements into design solutions.
- Familiarity with responsive design techniques to ensure seamless user experiences across devices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A BTECH is required.
