Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Solar Installers for projects located in the Hartford, CT area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $20-36/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Solar Installer and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!
Job Scope:
- Carry tools and panels up ladders
- Secure the roof and build the metal racks
- Bolt the solar panels onto the racks tightly
- Wire the panels together
- Connect them to the main power and inverters
Requirements
- Own hand tools, drills, screw guns, etc
