Brindar apoyo operativo al equipo de Control Interno en la revisión, seguimiento y documentación de controles SOX Supporting, controles Non-SOX, IPEs SOX y certificaciones asociadas a los procesos del SSC, contribuyendo a mejorar la trazabilidad, calidad documental, cumplimiento de fechas y estandarización de evidencias, bajo supervisión del especialista y gerente.
Responsabilidades
- Apoyar en el seguimiento y documentación de controles internos.
- Actualizar matrices, inventarios y bases de datos del área.
- Apoyar en la revisión de evidencias y reportes de control.
- Elaborar reportes y dashboards básicos de seguimiento.
- Dar seguimiento a certificaciones y actividades operativas del área.
Requisitos
- Estudiante de Contaduría, Administración, Finanzas, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín.
- Manejo intermedio de Excel y Microsoft Office.
- Atención al detalle, organización y capacidad analítica.
- Proactividad y deseo de aprendizaje.
Duración: 6 meses.
Aprendizaje esperado: Desarrollar experiencia práctica en ambientes de control, revisión documental, seguimiento de evidencias, disciplina SOX, monitoreo de controles y preparación de reportes ejecutivos básicos.
