Role Summary
Free People is looking for a PR and Media co-op to assist with efforts across both Free People and FP Movement.
Role Responsibilities
- Assist with media outreach, communicating new arrivals, product releases and promotions
- Assist with tracking media content placements
- Assist with requesting and compiling creative assets for content/media partnerships
- Assist with incoming media requests, product loans and image requests for approved media outlets
- Executing the completion of flat shots
- Managing the database of incoming/outgoing samples
- Assist in the creation of store opening press releases and pitching out to local press
- Assist in creating product lookbooks for Affiliate and Organic PR
- Assist in gifting and outreach for both media and celebrity
- Assist in keeping media lists up to date
- Assist in creating monthly press recaps
Role Qualifications
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office
- Strong sense of Free People and FP Movement brands and customer
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Understanding of social media platforms
- General knowledge of the media landscape
