About the Role:
We're hiring an operations talent for our regulated derivatives business, preferably based in the UAE or willing to travel there if required. You'll bring about solid experience in financial institutions and knowledge of derivatives exchanges, clearing houses, and risk or regulatory compliance. We want a self-driven problem-solver who challenges the status quo, communicates sharply with stakeholders at all levels, and writes polished, data-backed reports for regulators and senior management.
