We're hiring Bakery Production Workers for a fast-paced food manufacturing facility in Navarre, OH. This is an excellent opportunity for dependable individuals looking for steady, full-time work in a clean production environment. No previous bakery experience is required—training is provided! This facility operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so candidates must have open availability. Work schedules are assigned based on production needs and may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform general bakery production and manufacturing duties
• Move, lift, stack, and transport products and materials throughout the production process
• Monitor and maintain product flow on conveyor systems
• Count, sort, inspect, and organize bakery products
• Package finished products according to quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift, carry, and move products throughout the shift
• Open availability for rotating schedules and overtime as needed
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Manufacturing, warehouse, food production, or bakery experience is a plus, but not required
