Analytics Developer

Job Description

The Analytics Developer (Associate Specialist), within Operational Enablement & Effectiveness (OEE) is responsible for identifying required data from source systems, aggregating, and presenting the data in a user-friendly manner using the appropriate tools. 

Primary responsibilities include:

• Partners within OEE to understand the needs of the business and identify the appropriate solutions.

• Adhere to OEE’s development guidelines and processes (software development lifecycle methodologies).

• Partners within OEE team to design and develop (inc. User Acceptance Testing) the best approach to acquire and aggregate data to ensure optimal performance.

• Provide data and reports using various tools on an as needed basis.

• Collaborate with OEE team members and IT to resolve dashboard/report issues that may arise.
