Job Description
The Analytics Developer (Associate Specialist), within Operational Enablement & Effectiveness (OEE) is responsible for identifying required data from source systems, aggregating, and presenting the data in a user-friendly manner using the appropriate tools.
Primary responsibilities include:
Partners within OEE to understand the needs of the business and identify the appropriate solutions.
Adhere to OEE’s development guidelines and processes (software development lifecycle methodologies).
Partners within OEE team to design and develop (inc. User Acceptance Testing) the best approach to acquire and aggregate data to ensure optimal performance.
Provide data and reports using various tools on an as needed basis.
Collaborate with OEE team members and IT to resolve dashboard/report issues that may arise.
