The Master Data Administrator ensures the accuracy, governance, and continuous improvement of master data across all client brands. Serving as the vital gatekeeper between Arena and NetSuite, this role manages BOMs, item records, and costing data to support seamless cross-functional operations, accurate production planning, and reliable global reporting.

What You’ll Do

• Data Governance & Integrity: Maintain global naming conventions and standards across Arena, NetSuite, and NetStock. Conduct regular data audits and generate reports for inventory and production planning.
• Item & ECO Management: Act as the gatekeeper transferring new item records and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) from Arena to NetSuite. Populate cross-department fields (finance, logistics, purchasing).
• BOM & Routing Maintenance: Manage and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) and manufacturing routing timings based on engineering and production changes. Standardize BOM structures across all brands.
• Cross-Functional Support: Partner with Purchasing for vendor setup, Finance for costing fields, and IT for troubleshooting. Issue barcodes and coordinate stock obsolescence processes.
• Projects & Training: Lead data-cleansing initiatives, write process documentation, and train internal teams on data quality standards.

 

Key Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years' experience in master data management, BOM administration, data governance, production support, or supply chain.
• Experience supporting data clean-up initiatives, system upgrades, or cross-functional projects is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of ERP item management, BOM maintenance, manufacturing routings, and multi-brand data structures.
• Proficiency with ERP environments (ideally NetSuite) and master data/planning tools (ideally Arena and NetStock).
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills to extract, analyze, audit, and report on large datasets with high accuracy.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot system-related data issues while maintaining strict attention to detail under tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical cross-functional teams.

 

Work Set Up:

• Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6:00 AM–3:00 PM PHT) with a hybrid setup (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
