Who you are ?
Principales responsabilités
- Élaborer et maintenir les plans d’approvisionnement à moyen et long terme pour le portefeuille oncologie
- Garantir la disponibilité des produits tout en optimisant les niveaux de stock et en limitant les risques d’obsolescence
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Demand Planning, Production, Qualité, Réglementaire et Commerciales
- Identifier, anticiper et gérer les contraintes d’approvisionnement (capacités, délais, matières premières, etc.)
- Suivre les indicateurs de performance (taux de service, couverture de stock, ruptures, destruction) et piloter les actions d’amélioration
- Participer activement aux réunions S&OP et aux revues supply
- Accompagner les lancements produits, les transitions de cycle de vie (phase-in / phase-out)
- Veiller au respect des exigences qualité et réglementaires spécifiques au secteur pharmaceutique
Compétences clés
- Excellentes capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes
- Capacité à gérer la complexité et l’incertitude (variabilité, produits critiques)
- Collaboration transverse et gestion des parties prenantes
- Bonne maîtrise des processus Supply Chain et S&OP
- Maîtrise des outils de planification (SAP, APO, IBP ou équivalent) et d’Excel
- Bon niveau de communication et capacité d’influence
Profil recherché
- Diplôme Bac+5 (école d’ingénieur, supply chain, ou équivalent)
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en supply planning, idéalement dans le secteur pharmaceutique ou des sciences de la vie
- Une expérience en oncologie ou dans un environnement fortement réglementé est un plus

- Forte capacité d’anticipation et de gestion des risques
- Collaboration étroite avec les équipes Qualité et Réglementaire
