How you'll make an impact
- Be the Go-To Expert: Serve as the primary contact for our onshore team, providing end-to-end support for Property & Casualty (P&C) lifecycle services.
- Drive Renewals with Precision: Collaborate with sales agents and service managers to ensure seamless policy renewals, from preparation to execution.
- Lead and Inspire: Guide and mentor a team of Client Service Managers, fostering growth and excellence.
- Enhance Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and optimize workflows for better outcomes.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Ensure Accuracy: Maintain up-to-date policy information and documentation in Gallagher’s systems.
- Resolve with Confidence: Handle queries and unique service requests with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
About you
