The Role:
SAP SuccessFactors Consultant/ Cloud Integrations Consultant
Responsibilities:
SAP CPI
- Develop, test and maintain custom programs using SAP CPI and Java Script.
- Work on HR modules with a focus on SAP HCM functionalities.
- Support configuration and customization requirements in SAP HCM.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in knowledge transfer (KT) sessions and training programs to enhance skills in SAP CPI, Apps development and other integration technologies.
- Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization of SAP applications.
SAP SuccessFactors / SAP HCM or HR
- Employee Central (Core HR)
- Time Off / Time Tracking
- Recruiting & Onboarding
- Compensation basics
- Basic understanding of:
- Programming fundamentals (Java / Python preferred)
- APIs & web services (REST/SOAP basics)
- Data structures and logic building
- Knowledge of:
- SQL basics (queries, joins)
- XML / JSON formats
- Understanding of:
- Cloud concepts (SaaS basics)
- Interest in HR processes (HCM domain)
- Basic knowledge of:
- Payroll concepts (gross pay, net pay, deductions)
- Employee lifecycle
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Requirements:
- B.Tech / B.E (IT/CSE/Computers Background only)
- Passed out in 2025 or 2026 with 65% or above, or a minimum of 7.0 CGPA, consistently throughout the academic career
- Must be trained and certified in SAP HR /SAP HCM/SAP CPI /SAP SuccessFactors
Work Location: Hyderabad
Working Shift: Afternoon and Night Shifts
