Job Summary - Measurements Performance Live Specialist
The Measurements Performance Live Specialist is responsible for delivering high quality products and services from a Performance Live Center, they supervise wellsite crew and provide direction as needed in executing the analytical elements of job delivery to maintain safe, efficient, and reliable operations; bringing field expertise into a connected, tech-driven team environment. They have comprehensive oversight of risk management and ensure systematic usage of standard work and risk management.
Job responsibilities - What You'll Do
- Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time, for an average of 4 jobs assigned per shift
- Execute service delivery to the customer
- Support digital solutions adoption in drilling operations by using automation and augmented job delivery solutions and software
- Obtain the Customer acceptance of the job deliverables
- Ensure all Measurements, Logging & Drilling reporting requirements are fulfilled accurately and on a timely basis
- Obtain and maintain competencies valid for key services, compliant with competency requirements
- Provide support to the Field and Performance Live Management
- Automate or optimize specific work processes or workflows for Performance Live or customer-specific requirements

- Location of Assignment: Performance Live Center, based in Pune, INDIA

Job requirements - What You'll Need (Education and experience)
- 3–5 years of oilfield experience as a Measurement-While-Drilling professional
- Minimum bachelor's degree in science and/or engineering
- Strong communication skills are essential for flawless team communication, wellsite collaboration, and escalation
- Multitasking skills is essential for conducting multiple jobs at once
- Tech-savvy mindset, with experience in M365 and operating in a highly digitalized environment
- 3–5 years of oilfield experience as a Measurement-While-Drilling professional
- Minimum bachelor's degree in science and/or engineering
