Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Industrial Engineer located in Mukachevo, Ukraine.

Reporting to Industrial Engineering Team Lead, the role involves increasing productivity through the management of workers, methods of business organization, and technology to solve organizational, production, and related problems efficiently.

What a typical day looks like:

• Provide process time estimation to the quote team.
• Develop and keep updated Work Place layout and layout of manufacturing lines
• Simulate process, materials and manufacturing workflow and give input to process engineer by using REFA, MOST and/or other tool/method.
• During NPI coordinates process planning and set up with respect to takt, cycle time and direct labor requirement.
• Review result during protyping and trial runs and gives feedback to NPI team.
• Examine staff utilization, facility layout, and operational data, such as production costs, process flow charts, and production schedules, to define efficient utilization of employees and equipment.
• Develop and establish
• Analyze line capacity based on demand and provide recomendations to choose most appropriated manufacturing concept.
• Develop, review and keep up-to-date HC setup, Line balancing, RR and Routings.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team :

• Typically requires a Bachelor degree in relevant field.
• Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts.
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• English language at intemediate level.
• AutoCAD will be an advantage.
• Microsoft office.
