Description
Establish and deliver year-over-year productivity, including cost savings, value engineering, and efficiency improvements. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience). Advanced degree (MS or MBA) preferred. 10+ years of experience in product development, quality, or a related engineering discipline. 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing technical teams. Demonstrated expertise in structured problem-solving and data-driven decision-making, including statistical analysis and Six Sigma methodologies (Root Cause Analysis, 8D, A3, Design of Experiments); Green Belt required, Black Belt preferred. Demonstrated ability to translate strategic objectives into executable plans and drive cross-functional alignment. Experience managing budgets (OpEx/CapEx), including forecasting, cost control, and resource allocation. Strong background in product quality, field performance, and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience with global manufacturing, suppliers, and cross-regional collaboration. Strong technical foundation across mechanical, electrical, and/or connected systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and key stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to lead through change, drive accountability, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
