Field Application Engineer Taiwan

Job Responsibility:

Provide technical support and application expertise for Tektronix products. Help customers understand and effectively utilize the Tektronix product portfolio through technical presentations, product demonstrations, and application support. As an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Support territory Sales about pre-/post-sales activities to achieve annual sales target.

• Provide technical support and develop proposals for product sales, including the preparation of technical specifications and supporting documentation.

• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

• Participate throughout the sales cycle, from deal qualification to successful closure.

• Actively contribute to sales and marketing initiatives, including events, seminars, and presentations.

• Responsible for investigating and resolving product and application issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.

• Provide customer training and technical guidance on product operation and applications.

• Develop and implement customized measurement applications and solutions based on customer requirements.

• Solid Execution on Go-to-market action plan.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in applications support or test engineering in the computing or semiconductor industry.

• Knowledge of signal validation, compliance testing, and troubleshooting for PCI Express, DisplayPort (DP), USB, and IEEE-standard interfaces is highly desirable.

• Experience with Python programming is a plus.

• Highly motivated with a proven track record of achieving results.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in both spoken and written Mandarin and English.

• Strong team player with excellent learning ability and a willingness to share knowledge and contribute to team success.
