Tareas a realizar
- Atención comercial con cliente y taquilla: recibimiento a los viajeros check-in, compra de billetes, acomodación de viajeros y reubicaciones, control de viajeros de agencias/grupos y labores de atención a los viajeros a bordo del tren.
- Funciones de Operaciones al Tren: Revisión de cerramiento de puertas para la seguridad de los viajeros, contacto permanente con maquinista. Encendido/Apagado de luces del tren y megafonía (Se dará formación una vez iniciada la campaña). Necesario superar el Certificado de Aptitud Psicofísica.
- Puesto para trabajar en el tren Expreso de Canfranc
Requisitos mínimos
- Formación: ESO o equivalente.
- Dotes sociales para trabajar en atención al público.
