About the Role
We're looking for a Product Designer to create end-to-end product experiences that drive player conversion, engagement, and retention. You'll partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to take ideas from concept and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and shipped features, while shaping experiences players love in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end product experiences — from concept and wireframes through high-fidelity UI and shipped features — with a focus on player conversion, engagement, and retention.
- Conduct and synthesize user research (usability tests, competitive teardowns, heuristic evaluations) to ground design decisions in real player behavior.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to translate business and player requirements into clear design briefs and ship-ready specifications.
- Partner with Engineering to ensure high-fidelity implementation, participate in design QA, and flag deviations promptly.
- Support A/B testing and experimentation by designing variants and interpreting results to inform future design iterations.
- Work with Marketing to ensure campaign creative and in-app promotional surfaces are visually cohesive and on-brand.
Key Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–5 years of Product Designing experience of experience designing consumer-facing mobile or web products. Gaming or social casino experience is a strong plus.
- Expert-level Figma (components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping). Familiarity with Zeplin, Maze, Loom, or equivalent handoff and research tools is a plus.
- Experience with interaction design and micro-animation for mobile apps; motion design skills are a plus.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, agile environment with short iteration cycles.
