If you are a determined finance professional with a robust background in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and advanced experience in corporate finance, we would love to hear from you.Duties and ResponsibilitiesFinancial Controlling: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive financial compliance policies and metrics to ensure the company meets its fiscal and statutory obligations.Reporting: Prepare detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports. Develop financial dashboards and presentations for senior management that encapsulate key financial data and forecasts.Process Improvement: Lead the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures that streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve profitability.Market Research: Conduct thorough industry trends analysis and competitive assessments to stay ahead of market changes and facilitate strategic planning.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related field is required. Additional certifications in finance or accounting, such as a CPA or CFA, are highly preferred.Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of documented experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking. Experience in a fintech environment is highly advantageous.Technical Proficiencies: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics BC ERP software is mandatory. Additional experience with AI-driven financial tools and platforms will distinguish the ideal candidate.Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze large datasets, identify economic trends, and craft actionable insights from complex financial information.
