Main Duties and Responsibilities
Treasury Systems & Operations
- Maintain TMS static and master data
- Support treasury system data quality and housekeeping activities
- Maintain treasury documentation and records
- Support treasury process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
Intercompany Loans
- Process SAP bookings for intercompany loans
- Maintain intercompany loan records in TMS
- Support intercompany loan administration activities, such as documentation and filing
- Assist in annual intercompany loan repricing processes
- Prepare supporting information for audits and internal reviews
Cash Management & Reporting
- Process and review bank account statements
- Prepare daily cash overview reports
- Support cash transfer processing and monitoring
- Perform treasury reconciliations in TMS
- Support month-end and year-end treasury reporting activities
Guarantees Administration
- Input and maintain guarantee records in TMS
- Maintain guarantee master data and documentation
- Track guarantee expiry dates and support reporting
- Support periodic reconciliation of guarantee information
- Archive and maintain guarantee documentation
Controls & Reporting
- Prepare operational treasury reports
- Perform data validation and control checks
- Support audit requests and documentation gathering
- Ensure adherence to treasury procedures and controls
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
Work Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Treasury Operations, Finance Operations, Accounting or Shared Services
- Experience with SAP is a must and with any Treasury Management Systems preferred
Technical Skills
- SAP
- Treasury Management Systems (TMS)
- Microsoft Excel (strong skills preferred)
- Strong data processing and reconciliation skills
- Experience with treasury reporting tools is an advantage
Other Skills
- Fluent English
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills, service-oriented and collaborative mindset
