The LEGO Group is looking for an experienced Travel & Expense Management (TEM) Manager to lead our global TEM organization and play a key role in our Finance transformation journey. excellence, compliance, and best-in-class user experience.
Core Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a global TEM team, fostering a collaborative, customer-focused, and high-performing culture.
Own the end-to-end Travel & Expense process, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and an exceptional employee experience.
Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives that simplify processes and reduce manual work.
Define and execute the TEM strategy aligned with the S/4HANA roadmap and the Finance digital transformation agenda.
Build strong partnerships with Concur, banking partners, corporate card providers, payroll teams, and technology teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, audit requirements, and financial controls.
Develop meaningful KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to support data-driven decisions and service excellence.
Lead transformation projects, system enhancements, organizational change, and future capability development within the team.
This position is located in Prague - Jinonice and there is no relocation assistance offered for this role.

As TEM Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for Travel & Expense Management across The LEGO Group. You will lead a high-performing global team while partnering with Finance, HR, Tax, Procurement, Payroll, Technology, and external partners to continuously improve the end-to-end Travel & Expense process.
What we're looking for
Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a global environment.
Experience within Travel & Expense Management, Shared Services, Finance Operations, or Procure-to-Pay.
Strong knowledge of Concur or similar Travel & Expense platforms.
A continuous improvement mindset with experience driving automation, process optimization, and digital transformation.
Strong understanding of travel policies, expense management, corporate cards, compliance, tax, audit, and financial controls.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
A data-driven approach, using insights to improve performance and customer experience.
The confidence to lead change, challenge the status quo, and inspire others through curiosity, collaboration, and courage.
What would be an advantage
Experience supporting S/4HANA transformation.
Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud.
