At Rabobank, more than 9 million customers rely on our mobile app every day. As Product Manager Frontend Foundation - Mobile, you shape the foundation behind that experience. You are responsible for the strategy and roadmap of the mobile platform capabilities that enable secure, scalable and innovative customer experiences.

You & Your Job

The Frontend Foundation - Mobile domain owns the mobile app shell, native iOS and Android experiences, are part of the hybrid architecture, device integrations such as NFC and location, mobile observability, mobile AI capabilities, offline experiences, security capabilities and the app-store lifecycle. You enable more than 1,000 developers and designers to create mobile excellence at scale.

Create a roadmap that balances innovation, stability, scalability and security. Identify ecosystem risks early and convert them into strategic product investments while ensuring the platform never becomes a bottleneck for innovation.

• Continuously ensure uptime and stability.
• Attract and retain scarce platform engineering talent.
   

Together We Achieve More Than Alone

You work with two specialized mobile foundation teams, an architect and platform stakeholders across the bank. You collaborate closely with fellow PMs for Design System, Web Development Stack, WebApp Channel Management and Agentic AI Enablement.

You & your talent

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager;
• Strong mobile architecture understanding and the ability to challenge engineers and architects;
• Preferred: platform-product experience, hybrid architectures and enterprise-scale environments;
• Proven experience on creating excellent user experience
• Proactive mindset, comfortable with challenge and continuous improvement;
• Strong organizational skills, creating structure and purpose;
• Ability to present compelling and convincing value propositions;
• Experience with platform engineering, application development, and/or automation is an advantage;
• Good command of both Dutch and English.
