Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for HealthLinc Community Health Center in Mishawaka, Indiana.
COMPENSATION
- Base salary starting at $220,000 based on experience.
- Student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000.

POSITION OVERVIEW
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages.
- Manage acute illnesses, chronic diseases, preventive care, and wellness services.
- Practice within an integrated care model alongside behavioral health, nutrition, and support services.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical guideline development.
- Teach and mentor medical residents and students as part of an established learning environment.
- Deliver patient-centered care within a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center.

Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified in Family Medicine.
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
- Eligible for Indiana medical licensure.
- Current or eligible DEA registration.
- Commitment to serving underserved patient populations.
- Strong collaboration and quality improvement mindset.
