Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Clinical Manager for an established behavioral health organization in Toledo, Ohio.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Lead overnight behavioral health crisis services while supervising a dedicated clinical team
• Provide administrative leadership, clinical oversight, and quality improvement initiatives
• Supervise approximately five clinical staff members
• Partner with senior leadership to strengthen operations and patient care outcomes
• Mission-driven organization committed to behavioral health and substance use treatment

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $65,000-$85,000
• Higher Compensation Available For Independent Licensure

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday
• 3rd Shift (Overnight)
• On-Call Rotation Approximately Every 6 Weeks

ROLE
• Supervise overnight behavioral health operations
• Oversee crisis intervention services and care coordination
• Support staff development, coaching, and performance management
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards
• Collaborate with executive leadership on program development and operational improvement

Requirements

• Active Ohio LISW, LSW, LPC, LPCC, or RN License REQUIRED
• Behavioral Health Leadership Experience REQUIRED
• Experience Supervising Clinical Staff REQUIRED
• Knowledge Of Crisis Services And Behavioral Health Operations REQUIRED
• Strong Leadership, Communication, And Team Development Skills REQUIRED
