EHS Engineer

岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1.负责工厂消防系统及设备的日常运维与全面管理，保障消防设施、系统完好有效、随时可用。定期组织全厂员工消防演练、应急疏散演练，统筹义务消防队的专项培训、日常管理及应急值守工作，筑牢工厂消防安全防线。
Responsible for the daily operation, maintenance and overall management of the plant’s fire protection systems and equipment to ensure their long-term effectiveness and availability. Regularly organize company-wide fire drills and emergency evacuation exercises, and undertake the special training, daily management and emergency duty of the volunteer fire team to ensure plant fire safety.

2.负责项目EHS变更管理工作，严格落实新建、改建、扩建项目的EHS“三同时”管理要求，全程跟进项目各阶段EHS合规管控，确保所有项目变更符合国家及公司EHS管理规范。
Undertake EHS change management for projects, strictly implement the EHS "three simultaneities" management requirements for new, renovated and expanded projects, track EHS compliance control in all project stages, and ensure all project changes are in line with national and corporate EHS specifications.

3.全面负责承包商EHS管理工作，涵盖施工方案EHS评审、施工全过程风险辨识与评估、外包施工人员入厂安全培训、各类施工作业许可审核审批、施工现场日常巡查与监督管控等，规范承包商作业行为，杜绝外包作业安全隐患。
Take full charge of contractor EHS management, including EHS review of construction plans, full-process risk identification and assessment of construction work, pre-job safety training for incoming construction personnel, approval of various construction operation permits, and daily inspection and supervision of construction sites, so as to standardize contractor operations and eliminate potential safety hazards.

4.负责工厂高风险作业全流程管控，涵盖高处作业、动火作业、带电作业、防滑倒、绊倒、坠落等高危场景管理，包括相关管理制度、作业许可证的修订更新、作业人员专项安全培训、现场作业全程监督等。统筹工厂整体安全管理工作，落实机械安全防护、上锁挂牌（LOTO）、化学品仓储及使用安全、手工具安全、通用设备安全、岗位风险辨识评估等核心安全管理事务。
Manage the whole process of high-risk operations in the plant, including working at heights, hot work, live line work, and prevention of slips, trips and falls, including the revision and update of relevant management systems and operation permits, special safety training for operators, and full-process on-site operation supervision. Oversee overall plant safety management, including mechanical safety protection, lockout/tagout (LOTO), chemical storage and usage safety, hand tool safety, general equipment safety, and post risk identification and assessment.

5.统筹工厂岗位安全风险评估（JSA）工作，负责方案策划、组织部署、落地实施、复盘优化全流程，建立完善的岗位风险管控体系。
Coordinate the plant-wide Job Safety Analysis (JSA), responsible for the whole process of scheme planning, organization, implementation and optimization, and establish a sound post risk control system.

6.负责工厂特种设备、特种作业人员的合规监督与日常管理，跟进特种设备定期检测、校验、维保，核查特种作业人员持证上岗资质，确保特种设备运行合规、特种作业操作规范。
Undertake compliance supervision and daily management of special equipment and special operation personnel in the plant, follow up regular inspection, verification and maintenance of special equipment, verify the valid certificates of special operators, and ensure compliant operation of special equipment and standardized special operations.

7.每周组织开展EHS知识分享活动，普及安全、环保、职业健康专业知识，提升全员EHS合规意识与实操能力。
Organize weekly EHS knowledge sharing activities to popularize professional knowledge of safety, environmental protection and occupational health, and improve all employees’ EHS compliance awareness and practical capabilities.

8.完成公司及上级领导交办的其他EHS相关工作。
Complete other EHS-related tasks assigned by the company and superiors.

任职要求 / Requirements

1.本科及以上学历，安全工程、环境工程、机械工程等相关工科专业，持有注册安全工程师证书者优先考虑。
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and other engineering-related fields. Candidates with a Registered Safety Engineer Certificate are preferred.

2.具备5年及以上中型制造企业EHS全职工作经验，有机加工、机械制造行业EHS从业经验者优先。
At least 5 years of full-time EHS working experience in medium-sized manufacturing enterprises. Experience in machining and machinery manufacturing industry is highly preferred.

3.具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队协作意识，工作认真负责、积极主动，具备较强的问题解决能力和抗压能力。
Possess good communication, coordination and teamwork skills, with a serious, responsible and proactive work attitude, as well as strong problem-solving ability and pressure resistance.

4.具备英语沟通能力，英文读写能力良好，可熟练完成英文EHS资料撰写、报表整理等工作。
Oral English communication proficiency with excellent English reading and writing skills, capable of independently completing English EHS document writing and report sorting.
