- You will lead the development of executive-level presentations and communication materials, transforming complex concepts and business strategies into compelling visual stories.
- You will provide creative leadership for corporate videos, multimedia content, and digital assets that support both internal and external communications.
- You will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping shape messaging, storytelling approaches, and presentation delivery.
- You will lead and develop a team of creative professionals, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and high-quality execution.
- You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of creative projects in partnership with the Hitachi Creative Project Manager, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and business expectations are achieved.
- You will ensure brand consistency across all communications and contribute to the ongoing development and evolution of Hitachi Energy's global brand system in collaboration with global brand leaders.
- You will represent the creative function in leadership discussions and stakeholder engagements, providing insights, recommendations, and updates on project progress and team performance.
- You will thrive in a fast-paced, global environment, effectively managing competing priorities while maintaining exceptional standards of creative output.
- Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Your background:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in creative, design, brand, or visual communications roles, with a strong portfolio demonstrating strategic and impactful work.
- Proven experience developing executive communications and C-suite presentations, with the ability to communicate complex ideas through clear and compelling visual storytelling.
- Experience providing creative direction for corporate video production, multimedia initiatives, and digital content development.

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Proficiency in Figma and willingness to work within evolving brand management platforms such as Frontify.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work effectively under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities within a global organization.
