For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 6 years of experience as a Support Engineer
- Proven expertise in Windows environment administration, including vulnerability remediation, patch management, and security hardening of infrastructure systems.
- Solid understanding of infrastructure security principles, with the ability to assess, prioritize, and implement fixes for identified vulnerabilities in a timely manner.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with development, product, and infrastructure teams to plan and execute vulnerability remediation and operational enhancements.
- Track record of contributing to small and medium-scale technical projects, including system upgrades, new feature rollouts, and infrastructure improvements.
- Strong documentation skills, with the ability to maintain clear, accurate operational runbooks, incident records, and security procedures for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (B2)
- Availability for Hybrid model (based in Porto).

Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide 24/7 support for critical applications.
- This schedule includes rotational shifts that may start as early as 6:00 AM and/or extend until 7:00 PM, ensuring comprehensive coverage for our global user base.
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
