Wasatch LabsPosition Summary
This position is responsible for supervising the warehouse receiving support team, its general organization and operations, product shipping and receiving, etc. The job’s essential functions include but are not limited to the following.
Essential Duties
Receive material from suppliers and deliver to the proper location.
Load and unload trucks using a fork truck.
Some computer skills are preferred.
Interface with shipping and receiving personnel to ensure timely deliveries. May assist with inventory control.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Customer Focus, Dependability, Teamwork, Coordination, Organization, Time Management, Reporting Skills, Inventory Control, Documentation Skills, Equipment Maintenance, and Data Entry Skills are a plus
• Delivery/Pick up of products including, but not limited to loading/unloading truck, documenting paperwork, and completing pre-trip inspections
Minimum Requirements
Minimum requirements include a good driving record, forklift experience,
Be able to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision. Ability to prioritize and organize workflow on a daily basis to accomplish required tasks.
Excellent Communication Skills and Customer Service Oriented.
Ability to work extended periods, including overtime and weekends.
Duties may also back up to ship and receiving department personnel including pulling orders and receiving and putting away products. Also includes working outdoors in the elements/weather.
